McDougall continued his hot form at Wagga on Tuesday with a winning double, after passing the 100 wins for the season milestone with victory in the Cowra Cup on Sunday aboard Royal Thunder.
It only took the 26-year-old five and a half months to reach 100 wins and he sits well clear on the NSW jockey's premiership.
McDougall is the most in-demand jockey in country NSW but is yet to commit to a ride for the SDRA Country Championships Qualifier at Wagga.
With Wagga jockey Nick Heywood likely to ride Another One, McDougall said he is keen to keep his options open and will take the best available ride closer to the date.
McDougall conceded he is leaning towards sticking with Albury trainer Donna Scott and riding the best of her five chances, most likely either Oamanikka or La Sante.
Jordan Mallyon has been booked for the ride on Mnementh for the Mitch Beer stable, who will resume at Canberra on Friday.

RACING NSW has made more changes to the eligibility conditions for this year's Country Championships.
Earlier this month, it announced that horses must be under the care of a country trainer from May 1, as opposed to October 1 in previous years.
The timing of the change proved controversial, just six weeks out from the SDRA heat at Wagga on February 20.
Racing NSW has since altered the dates after receiving submissions on the change.
To now be eligible for this year's series, horses will need to have been under the care of a country trainer from July 1, for raced horses, and September 1, for previously unraced horses.
The recently introduced provision that horses contesting the series must be trained by a country trainer for 12 months following the final remains.
The revised dates have been developed following consultation with the NSW Trainer's Association.
"Racing NSW is seeking to ensure that horses racing in the Country Championships series reflect the objectives of the series to promote the participation and development of NSW country racing" Racing NSW chief executive Peter V'landys AM said.
"Racing NSW believes that altering the eligibility date to 1 July 2020 for raced horses is fairer to horses that entered country stables to be raced as country horses in advance of and beyond the Country Championships."
Racing NSW will also reserve the ability to admit horses to the series upon application, depending on the individual circumstances of the horse.
Albury trainer Mitch Beer had been one trainer frustrated by the late change and many consider the rule was brought on by his Kosciuszko campaign with Redouble.
Beer is likely to be apply for an exemption with Branders Rule, after he was a victim of the border closures when stuck spelling in Victoria and was then transferred to Peter Moody.
It leaves him with Scout ruled out after the four-year-old was purchased for $25,000 with the Country Championships in mind.
Another factor of the Country Championships that continues to agitate many is the venue of the Wild Card, that will again be held at Muswellbrook.

WAGGA trainer Chris Heywood is excited for what lies ahead with unraced three-year-old Last War.
Heywood took Last War to Randwick earlier this month for a trial, where he won a 3YO Maiden trial by a length.
The trip to Sydney came on the back of a Wagga trial win in fast time. His only other public appearance came back in August when third behind Sky Call in a trial.
Heywood said the trip to Sydney was to get a gauge of how talented Last War is and the three-year-old is now in the paddock.
Last War is owned by Heywood, Richie Lamont and Kooringal Stud.
