A Lake Albert man allegedly spat on two police officers during an arrest on Friday night.

At about 10.20pm on December 18, police were called to Balmoral Crescent, Lake Albert after reports of a group of men fighting.
During the fight, an 18-year-old man was allegedly struck with a glass bottle before being stabbed in the arm.
The man sustained minor injuries and did not require medical treatment.
A window of a home on the street was smashed during the altercation.
Riverina Police arrested a 20-year-old Lake Albert man at the scene, who allegedly spat in the face of a male constable and on the leg of a male senior constable during the arrest.
The two men are not known to each other.
The 20-year-old was taken to Wagga Police Station, where he was charged with destroying or damaging property, reckless wounding, two counts of assaulting an officer in execution of duty, resisting an officer in execution of duty and offensive behaviour.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear at Wagga court on January 27 2021.
