With the release of HSC results on Friday, the university is gearing up for its first round of offers.
Through the University Admissions Centre, the regionally-based university has achieved a 5.5 per cent in increase in applications to commence study in 2021.
Already, through its Advantage early acceptance program, a spokesperson for the university said it had offered 1800 conditional offers.
"The University's early entry programs have also grown substantially in popularity," a university spokesperson said.
"We are still in the process of finalising and extending offers to prospective students but there are extremely positive signs for our student load in 2021."

The spokesperson also said more than 2000 applications have been received for the program, of which the university has now offered 1859 positions.
In 2019, the Advantage program saw 700 offers sent out, with 300 students accepting the position.
"This week we welcomed 75 students to our Wagga campus for the Advantage program's residential retreat, which will ensure these first-year students are ready to go when they commence their studies at the campus in session one next year," the spokesperson said.
"There will also be thousands of students who will come to Wagga Wagga next year for residential schools as part of their online studies. The Faculty of Science alone has more than 190 residential schools planned at the campus."
Following 2020's course cuts and job losses, the university said it is still able to offer 81 first-year subjects which will be "taught face to face at Charles Sturt in Wagga in session one next year".
"There are many additional subjects open to first-year students to study without prerequisites," the spokesperson said.
