Burke was part of the title run of Forbes in 2018 and adds another option around the hooker role for the Dragons.
The 21-year-old has represented Country under 18s and has been part of the Western under 23s team more recently.
With Group 11 not playing last season, Burke was limited to a couple of under 23s games but with a new job opportunity in Wagga he jumped at the chance to link with Temora.
Dragons co-coach Josh McCrone is pleased to have him on board
"We're looking to pick up where we left off," McCrone said.
"There is going to be a few changes as we're looking for quality players and quality people.
"We were lucky enough that Jaiden was going to be around and he's a winner.
"He's won a few things with Forbes so he will be a very handy addition."
Burke comes to the club as a hooker.
However with Gavin Kite back for another season, and an option for McCrone to cover the dummy role, just how the side will shape up is yet to be determined.
"We're working to work the best 17 players we've got and sort out spots after that," McCrone said.
"He is keen to play hooker and whoever is our best hooker for the 80 minutes will be playing hooker.
"Whether that is Gav, me or whoever it is.
"I've been away for a while and haven't had a decent look at anyone for a while so we will have a few runs, a good of trial games and go forward from there."
The new signing comes as Luke Skidmore recommitted to the club.
After time in the St George Illawarra feeder system and then in the Canberra Raiders Cup, the Temora junior was set to line up for them in 2020 before they pulled out with coronavirus concerns.
However he's agreed to return.
McCrone believes it will be a big boost for their forward pack.
"It will be handy as we probably lack a bit of size," he said. "It is good to have Luke back to have a run, he was keen to come back this year and it just didn't work out.
"He's been away, had a crack at the Dragons so hopefully he brings a bit of what he's learnt there and with Gunghalin back to us."
McCrone is still hopeful of bringing in a couple more signings.
However he's not focused on positions.
"We've still got a few irons in the fire and looking at two or three more but we haven't really pinned down positions," he said.
"We're not really targeting an out-and-out centre, a winger or anything else but will just see what we've got."
The Dragons had their first training run last week and McCrone was pleased with the early support.
"It was good, better than I expected really," he said.
"There were a couple of locals back who I didn't expect to show up to training this early."
