NRL South West regional manager Adam Perry and development officers Simon Vanzanten and Dean Whymark have all left for new employment opportunities outside the sport after all NRL staff were originally stood down on Jobkeeper entitlements and then returned on reduced hours during the coronavirus crisis.
Following the departures James Smart is expected to take on a larger role.
It comes as David Skinner has taken on an expanded role as Greater Western and Greater Southern zone manager.
He is now responsible for the majority of the state, with Groups 10 and 11 among competitions added his existing region, which previously spanned Groups Nine, 20 and16 as well the Canberra Raiders Cup.
The NRL and NSW Rugby League are in the process of altering their structures, with development roles expected to move into NSWRL's domain.
"It is a change in focus from separating schools and clubs," Skinner said.
"It is all about community now and schools and clubs fit under that banner."
The move expected to be finalised in February with plans to fill a number of vacant roles in the pipeline.
Skinner paid credit to the efforts of Perry, Vanzanten and Whymark.
Especially Perry who Skinner said gave the region 12 years of "very good service."
