Jinpa Gyasto came to Australia from Tibet four years ago as a refugee after living on the mountains as a nomad to escape the oppression.
Since moving to Wagga last year, he has become a familiar face, with his store Tasty Tibetan Treats, every Thursday at the Farmer's Market.
Mr Gyasto said the support from locals had been overwhelmingly positive.
"I start this year at the end of July selling them," he said.
"Wagga people really love my momo. People are giving some really good feedback on my social page as well."

Mr Gyasto explained that momos, which are similar to dumplings, are a traditional Tibetan food and can be filled with an array of ingredients.
He added that picking high-quality produce is the key to creating food that tastes incredible.
"Inside the momo is beef mince and onion," Mr Gyasto said.
"I love cooking, and it makes me feel happy."
Mr Gysasto currently works as a chef for a local hotel, but he takes every Thursday off to prepare the momos before heading to the markets,
He said he was incredibly grateful to the Wagga community for the support and kindness they have shown him since he moved to the region.
