Families who have been doing it tough this year will have their Christmas cheer supplied by students at The Riverina Anglican College.
Over the past several weeks, the school community has collected gifts and food for the Wagga branch of Anglicare.
"It will go to people in Wagga who might be struggling to put on Christmas so that everyone can have a good Christmas," said the school's service captain, Maddy Stout.
"We're very fortunate here at TRAC, we're in a position to give so we think it's important that we do give as much as we can."
The annual drive has been happening at the school for more than a decade.
Following this year's challenges, Maddy and fellow service captain Abigail Williams said they felt like the Christmas rush had arrived sooner than anticipated.
"This year has been more of a push to get donations," Abigail said.
"It was slow to start. I think people's minds are elsewhere at the moment, we're not thinking about Christmas just yet."
Nevertheless, the school has still managed to raise enough to cater for up to 40 families' festivities.
