Colts are yet to win this season and are coming their worst performance after only posting 179 in the seven-wicket loss to Wagga RSL on Saturday despite David Bolton scoring 107.
The playing group came together on Tuesday with Hanigan looking for it to spark a change.
"There were not too many positives from last week's game but we will have to reassess and go again," Hanigan said.
"We had a good chat on Tuesday night and changed a few things around.
"It's not fun losing all the time so we have to find a way to win a game and make it more enjoyable."
However they're up against it taking on undefeated South Wagga at Geoff Lawson Oval on Saturday.
Especially with Bolton among those unavailable with teammate Daniel Perri getting married.
Perri, Bolton, Jayden Beattie and Marc Vincent are all out while Nathanael Mooney is also sidelined through injury.
Despite the changes Hanigan is hoping Colts can finally put a full performance in.
"We're too inconsistent and we just have to get better and have got to want it more," he said.
