The 19-year-old was part of the Wagga Tigers' premiership-winning campaign this year, having joined the club mainly due to a pre-existing relationship with coach Troy Maiden formed through the GWS Giants Academy.
He impressed as a versatile defender for the Tigers during the AFL Riverina Championship, and has the size to play a key defender role if required.
"He's a big addition given he's a local, one of ours. He went over and had a run in their flag this year which is good for him," Collingullie-Glenfield Park coach Brett Somerville said.
"We're rapt to have him back and he'll fill a role across halfback. He's a good third-up player and is good at cutting off contests and rebounding, which is great for us.
"He has a good relationship with Pags (Maiden), but it's good to have him back.
"He's not purely a key player, definitely more your third-up but he's got some good size about him and it's handy to have those types."
His acquisition will help fill the void left by the departure of key defender Jack Guy, who will return home to South Australia.
Guy was signed to play for the Demons this year, but his contribution was limited to a practice match after the club opted not to play in 2020.
"We're disappointed to see him leave as he's a good young kid," Somerville said.
"It would have been good to see him play a year with us, he would have got a lot better as the year went on.
"He loved Wagga and the environment, but work was always a one year deal to learn the business and then go back over there (South Australia).
The Demons have further bolstered their depth by signing Turvey Park youngsters Tom Crakenthorpe and Declan Carroll.
"He (Crakenthorpe) is a utility who can play anywhere," Somerville said.
"He has a bit of size and isn't an out-and-out tall, but he could do that (if needed). He probably plays through the back-line, but I can see him on the wing or up forward as well."
Carroll will add further depth to their back-line.
The Demons announced in December that Jayden Klemke, Nick Perryman and Daniel Frawley will be assistant coaches under Somerville next year.
Perryman had signed with Lavington for this year, but played for Osborne instead after the Ovens and Murray League was cancelled.
Klemke played for West Adelaide in 2019 but his stint lasted just one game after rupturing his ACL, and had planned to play for the Demons this season.
