Responding to a driving complaint along Hammond Avenue in East Wagga on Monday morning, Wagga Highway Patrol officers stopped a 29-year-old man driving along the stretch of road.
Officers conducted a roadside substance and breath test, with the man returning a positive result for both methamphetamines and cannabis.
In other news:
The 29-year-old was placed under arrest and taken to Wagga Police Station for secondary testing. He was served a 24 hour licence ban before being released from custody pending the secondary results.
