A Turvey Park Fire and Rescue spokesperson said they were alerted to the Moorong fire about 5.20am.
They arrived on the scene at the end of McNickle Road to a vehicle completely engulfed by flames.
The spokesperson said two trucks responded to the incident because the fire was located down a fire trail and required four-wheeled driving.

The spokesperson said the fire was extinguished within 15 minutes, but the car was "totally destroyed".
Riverina police also attended with inquiries ongoing.
