Wagga Traffic and Highway Patrol officers issued the 24-year-old man with a traffic infringement notice for an unsecured load on a utility on Urana Street, Turvey Park.
The incident, which occurred on Tuesday at about 6.30am, led police to discover the man had two outstanding warrants for his arrest relating to domestic violence matters, issued at Tumut Local Court on September 28.
