Officers stopped a Holden Monaro about 3.15am on Tuesday as he tried to cross from Victoria into NSW.
They spoke to two men aged 37 and checks showed the passenger, a Wodonga man, had a warrant out for traffic offences.
He was searched and found with 3.14 grams of ice and $1550 in cash, police said.

The driver returned a negative breath test but was taken to hospital for blood and urine testing amid concerns about possible intoxication.
The passenger was taken to Albury Police Station, where the outstanding arrest warrant was executed.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in Albury Local Court on Tuesday.
