Drugs and knuckledusters were among items uncovered by police during car searches this week in a crackdown on the supply of illicit substances.

Around 2pm on Wednesday, Riverina Police District officers stopped a motorcycle rider on Annie Pyers Drive, Gundagai.
The rider and his belongings were searched and police found 1.05grams of a white powder believed to be cocaine, cannabis, a baton concealed as a torch and knuckle dusters.
Later that day, at about 11.30 pm, a vehicle travelling along Mount Street, South Gundagai was stopped by police.
The vehicle, driver and passenger were searched, and an amount of cannabis was located along with 28.5 grams of methamphetamine.
A 39-year-old woman was charged with possession and supplying an indictable quantity of a prohibited drug.
On Tuesday, police stopped a vehicle in Burra for a random breath test.
Police then searched the car and the two male passengers, locating 7.7 grams of ice. A 24-year-old Cootamundra man was charged with supplying and possessing a prohibited drug.
