A 50-year-old man has been rushed to hospital after he was struck by a vehicle in Wagga's east.

The man's lower left leg was badly injured in the accident, which occurred in Forest Hill this afternoon.
An Ambulance NSW spokesperson said emergency services were alerted to the incident just after 2pm on October 27.
Two ambulance crews attended the scene where the man was reportedly hurt.
He was taken to Wagga Base Hospital by ambulance in a serious condition.
