The Wagga driver took out the Indigenous series by a half head after running down Danny Gatt-Bouquet and Held To Ransom.
Timing her run to perfection after settling three back on the inside from barrier one, Prior took all shortcuts before hitting the front on the last stride.
It is the second time Prior has won the race after tasting success in her first drive at Menangle in 2015.
Representing the Riverina, Bayley Duck finished second in the Rising Stars Championship aboard new Wagga track record holder Star Major.
James McPherson finished last in the race on former Riverina pacer Blaster Ranger.
Meanwhile former Junee reinsman Cameron Hart took out one of the group three trotting features on the big card.
He combined with former Wagga horseman Russell Commens in the Trot NSW 3YO Final with Sunny Gee.
It was the $2 favourite's first win in 20 starts following seven minor placings.
However David Kennedy and Jackson Painting didn't have any luck in their two group one finals.
Pelican Fly suffered interference in the concluding stages and broke before finishing eighth in the three-year-old colts and geldings final while Adira also finished eighth after winning a three-year-old fillies semi-final last week.
