People are being asked to leave parts of the Tumbarumba caravan park as flash flooding fills the area.
During today's storm, the town has received 20mm rain so far since 9am.
Drivers are being urged to avoid being out and about where possible, and to take care on the roads.
Do not drive through flooded roads.
