Stewart won the under-11 state crown as an eight-year-old in 2013, and the now 15-year-old is confident she can test older racers in the under-17 time trial and road races.
Rain forecast over the weekend holds no fears for Stewart, who won the state junior criterium championships in horrible conditions in August, just a fortnight after doing likewise at the Hunter Junior Tour's road race.
Stewart won the time trial last year and finished second in the road race.
"This weekend my priority would be to go top three in both races, but get a win under my belt in one of them would be nice," she said.
"The weather doesn't really bother me. I feel like when it's bad weather it suits me more.
"I know the course like the back of my hand. I've been out there for many years and have been there training recently. so it's really good to have it in our backyard.
"It's a very challenging course with some hills, but there's also some open and flat spots. It has something for everyone so it will be interesting in the wet and on a tough course."
Stewart's strong year continued at last month's Dean Carter Memorial at Griffith, where she became the equal youngest winner and first female winner in the race's 40-year history.
"It was a big confidence boost. I was a bit in disbelief at first, I was coming over the line and I was like 'wow'," she said.
Stewart said whoever is prepared to go through the pain barrier will get the plaudits on race day.
"All us girls are so close (in ability) so it's a mental game. It's not physical it's who can get over those climbs, hurt the most and get through it.
"With all the things that have been going on this year, it's a bit scary because I haven't raced these girls for a few weeks on the road, but I've had some good results this year.
"It's been a good year so far and I'll be putting everything into this event on the weekend because it's at home.
"I feel like this year winning would be nice because of all the things we've gone through (with limited racing)."
