WAGGA City Council has reopened its impound car yard for buyers looking to score a bargain on a second-hand car.

There are 23 vehicles up for sale, from small cars to station wagons and utes of all makes and models.
Potential buyers have 12 days left to go view the cars and make an offer they cannot refuse, according to the council's website.
In other news:
There will be open days this week on Wednesday and Friday between 3pm and 5pm at the Glenfield Road Animal Shelter precinct, as well as Monday, Wednesday and Friday the following week.
The expression of interest period is already open and buyers have until October 16 at 5pm to submit their price either online or at the council's customer service desk.
The vehicles up for sale have been abandoned by the owners, which the council have been unable to locate.
