Riverina Water chairperson and Lockhart Shire councillor Greg Verdon said the grants were an opportunity for organisations to assist their communities through the hard times of 2020.
"It has been a difficult year for all of us and Riverina Water's grants program is a timely opportunity to help our communities bounce back," Cr Verdon said.
"We have specific funding pools set aside for each council area so communities of all sizes in our supply area can benefit from this program.
"My fellow board members and I are excited to see the diverse range of projects we can help make possible."
Applications are open until 9am October 26 and can be accessed on the Riverina Water website.
