Sunday's Sullivan Cup decider against Gundagai will be their seventh straight grand final appearance, and they will be shooting for a sixth premiership with their only hiccup coming in the under-12s in 2016.
Giving their quality youngsters an avenue to play was a major reason behind Junee's decision to field teams this season, and the under 16s have gone through the year unbeaten.
They ended their dominant juniors reign with another premiership last year and coach Peter McCarthy said they won't be complacent when they look to add another piece of silverware to the tally, despite losing just once the past four years.
"We only got beaten in a grand final once in the under-12s, it's a pretty good side. I don't do a lot as coach, put it that way," he said.
"The year's been a bit up and down, at the start we didn't have a lot of numbers and we ended up gaining four from Temora. Because we've had a lot of injuries, that really helped."
The Diesels beat the Tigers 36-14 in the regular season but McCarthy said the clash was closer than the score indicated.
"I watched Gundagai play Yenda (in their 16-10 preliminary final win). We struggled with them (Yenda) too because they're so big and they got the job done so they deserve to be there," he said.
"You've got to give them respect, they're in the final for a reason. We won't be taking them easy, we've got a job to do.
"We've only lost once in four years but you can't get confident, you always have to be at your best to win grand finals."
Sunday's grand final will kick off from 9.30am at Equex Centre.
