The Wagga side travelled to the border with only eight players but came away with a 40-5 win in a reduced format.
Waratahs have had a drop of numbers since the COVID-19 interruption, but coach Mark Macarthur is pleased to still be able to provide an outlet for the women's game.
"At the start of the season we had a lot of numbers but when the restrictions came into play some of the girls decided they would have the season off or are in jobs where they can't be involved with the community too much," Macarthur said.
"We've been a little bit short but have had some help from Aggies along the way."

Despite being a 10s competition, Albury matched Waratahs for numbers however the game was called off early after Anastasia Chambers required treatment following a high tackle.
However scans have cleared her of any serious injury.
After losses to CSU and Ag College to start their season, Waratahs are now a clear fourth on the ladder and can move around Wagga City with a win over newcomers Hay this weekend.
The Cutlets are yet to taste success but put in their best performance so far despite falling 20-5 to unbeaten CSU at Beres Ellwood Oval on Saturday.
Ag College also remain unbeaten after a 33-12 win over Wagga City.
Liz Young scored a hat-trick for the ladder leaders.
It sets up a big clash between the two unbeaten sides on Saturday.
