The Crows are top of the AFL Riverina Championship on percentage with a 3-1 record after just holding off a last ditch rally from Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong last week.
Osborne (1-3) must win to keep any faint hope of a finals spot alive after they were shocked by previously winless Turvey Park last week.
The Ostriches welcome back some key cavalry from injury, headlined by coach Joel Mackie and Connor Galvin, while the Crows will be missing defender Jono Spina (hamstring).
"Last week was a step in the right direction bar the last few minutes, but good teams learn from that," Muir said.
"It's an unknown not having played against them and having no footage, and they'll be pretty keen to make up for last week losing to Turvey Park."
