A man has been taken to hospital after the truck he was driving crashed into a fence near Collingullie on Thursday morning.

The truck, which was carrying mail, left the Sturt Highway just west of Mundowny Lane and hit a fence about 4am.
An ambulance crew was called out just after 5.50am and treated the driver, a 26-year-old man, at the scene for minor injuries including a small laceration on his head and soreness in his right leg.
The driver was taken to Wagga Base Hospital in a stable condition.
The fence sustained minor damage and a police investigation is under way.

The truck appeared to have been travelling towards Collingullie when it left the highway and narrowly avoided crashing head-on into tree before knocking over several fence posts on a farming property.
Meanwhile, an ambulance crew was called to a second incident on the Hume Highway near Coolac just after 7.10am on Thursday.
There were reports a truck had run into a guard rail, but the driver refused ambulance transport.
