After not being included in last year's series, Temora returns to the fold.
They are the 15th regional club to be part of the lucrative series, which culminates at Wentworth Park on October 16 when one greyhound will become an instant millionaire.
Temora's heats will be run on September 6 with their regional final on September 12.
Wagga's heats will follow on September 17 before the regional final on September 25.
Wagga racing manager John Patton is thrilled the series is taking place after being threatened by the coronavirus crisis.
"I didn't think it would happen this year but is a good thing for the industry that it has," Patton said.
"We've got a lot of up and coming dogs at the moment and they might be able to win a Million Dollar Chase heat."
This year the top three placegetters from each regional final progress through to the semi-finals at Wentworth Park on October 9.
Wagga also races on Friday, which is the first of four straight weeks of racing.
The month culminates with big prizemoney on offer on August 28 with $7500 going to the winner of the Ladbrokes Super Series 5th Grade Final (400m).
It comes after two weeks of racing at Temora.
Glenn Schwencke and Wallendbeen couple Lorraine and Jack Roy both landed doubles on the 12-race card on Sunday night.
