The exciting pacer bounced back to winning ways at Menangle on Saturday night with Hart back at the helm.
Whereyabinboppin has now won two of three starts since finishing fifth in the Regional Championships final at Riverina Paceway in May.
He's drawn barrier five in the final, which also features We Salute You (one) who was second behind Rocky Creed in the Riverina's first group one.
Now with Blake Fitzpatrick, We Salute You was second to Whereyabinboppin.
After a seventh last week in a heat of the series, Stephen Maguire has drawn barrier seven with Major Roll.

MOLLY Turton made the most of a rare pick up drive at Leeton on Tuesday night.
The 20-year-old jumped at the chance after being given an opportunity by Ellen Bartley to drive the in-form Rocky Branach.
Making the trip over from Junee for just the one drive, Turton steered Rocky Branach to his second win in three starts.
"It was good to get a drive off Ellen, I was very happy to get the message and do it," Turton said.
Turton has also been tasting plenty of success with her own mare Fastestgirlintown, who is vying for Wagga Horse of the Year honours.
"My mare is going fabulous at the moment, I couldn't be happier with her, and this winner is really good too," she said.

JOE Druitt is hoping his connection with Saucy Dreams can continue to be profitable.
Druitt has three wins to his credit, all aboard the mare in her last four starts, including one at Riverina Paceway on Friday.
"She has been going really good actually, has been very consistent and I can't complain at all," Druitt said.
They combine once more at Riverina Paceway on Friday.

FORMER Leeton reinsman Paul Diebert celebrated a milestone in Queensland this week.
Diebert drove his 500th winner at Marburg on Sunday after combining with Ale Ale Kai for trainer Mark Rees.
He won his first group one race last season.

TACTICAL Response made a strong start to racing in Queensland.
Formerly trained by Wayne Sullivan at Leeton, the four-year-old won his first start for new trainer Stpehen Cini at Albion Park on Friday.
He clocked a new best mile rate of 1:55.4 in the process.

WAGGA will hold an eight-race card on Friday.
After Goulburn trainer dominated last week, winning five of the eight races, Riverina participants are hunting for more success.
The first race is at 1.23pm.
Young races on Tuesday, which will be the first time Western District trainers will be able to attend the club's meetings since coronavirus restrictions were put in place in March.
