Talented Tigers junior Charlie Bance has returned home to Wagga and will reunite with the club, along with former Collingullie-Glenfield Park coach Luke Gestier.
Premiership defender John Anstee has agreed to return to Tigers but is subject to the Victorian border closure.
Anstee works in Deniliquin but resides across the Murray River in Echuca.
"It's a bit of an unknown at the moment and I'll probably miss at least the first few rounds (with the border closure)," Anstee said.
"I was hugely excited to come back and play with everyone that was coming back. It was going to be like a reunion pretty much."
Anstee was regarded as the best defender in the Riverina League when he left after Tigers' 2016 premiership win.
Gestier heads to Tigers after originally signing with Hume League club Holbrook. He played under 18 at Tigers in the past.
Bance spent the past two seasons at Maribyrnong Park in the Essendon and District League, and before that played VFL at Werribee.
Simon Hillier has also lodged a permit to return to Wagga Tigers, having coached Henty and Mitta United since he was last at the club.
Meantime, Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes have lodged a permit for accomplished forward Trent Castles.
It comes after concerns surrounding the availability of Victorian-based forward Damian Cupido.
Castles kicked more than 100 goals in a season at Yackandandah in the 2015, 2017 and 2019 seasons. He also reached a century with Jindera in 2018.
A premiership player at Albury, Castles had signed to play alongside Cupido at Corowa-Rutherglen.
The Goannas had also lodged a permit for Cobram's Matt Demaio, but he is based in Victoria.
