When the centre opens its doors on Saturday there will be a cap of three people per lane in the 25 metre pool, with a maximum of 20 people in the leisure pool and 20 people in the program pool.
Only lap swimming and personal exercise will be allowed, with "fun swimming" and splashing off the table for the general public.
In other news
Change rooms and showers will be off limits, and there will be no rehabilitation or pool equipment available.
All visitors will be limited to 45 minute swim sessions with a 15 minute changeover period between sessions.
Swimmers must book their sessions the day before, and they will be limited to two bookings per week during peak times.
The pool's opening hours will be 6am to 7pm on weekdays and 8.30am to 12.30pm on weekends.
Restrictions will be eased pending further government announcements.
