The NSW government announced this week social distancing restriction will ease further on Friday, with outdoor gatherings of up to ten people permitted.
With the winter football codes currently suspended, cycling has been one of the big winners as families look for alternatives to keep their children occupied and active.
Local cycling shops have experienced a boom in sales and repairs, with the sport one of the few options available to keep fit.
"We'll be back training this coming Monday, but obviously we'll be abiding by the government regulations in groups of ten, and keeping the 1.5 metre distancing in place," Oke said.
"We have a 425-metre track so we can fit in a lot of kids and separate them, and we have the track booked for four hours.
"The club had a massive influx of kids just prior to lockdown, so the executive committee has been in consultation about the best way forward and obviously we'll be guided by the government as well.
"At the moment there's not many sports running, there's probably kids who haven't signed on for the footy codes yet.
"Our membership isn't just going to last a few weeks like other sport, if you sign on it's a 12 month membership.
"I guess with parents looking at it financially, it's a win-win situation for them."
The easing of restrictions also means road cyclists can train in groups, but their ability to practice drafting will be compromised by the 1.5 metre rule.
Oke added the Junior Road National Championships originally scheduled to be held at Wagga in September will be postponed to a date later in the year.
"The new schedule won't start until August, and that's dependent on if we keep heading in the right direction," Oke said.
"People are wanting dates so kids can train to an actual goal.
"It's very difficult in cycling to just train for nothing, with a schedule you can taper for it and do a proper program."
