Beer has made the decision to expand his Albury base and will move into new stables in the spring that will increase his capacity from 37 to 70 horses.
Beer moved to Albury from Mornington in September 2018 and has quickly established himself as one of Southern District Racing Association's leading trainers.
Beer had also been considered a target for Murrumbidgee Turf Club as it looks to build a multi-million dollar on-course stable complex but he has decided to stay in Albury long-term.
"I've been here long enough to know it's working and is where I want to call home," Beer said.
"It has been a horrific 12 months for the club, in terms of back-to-back Cups, but the confidence they've given me, if that's how they conduct themselves at their worst, well then it's a club I want to be part of.
"I was scraping the paint of the walls at Mornington. I make no light of that. It's been a great move for me...and I love living here."
Beer employs 13 staff at Albury and the move will allow him to double the amount of horses he has in work at one time.
Meantime, Beer scratched Kiwi import Enzed Beer from Sandown on Wednesday due to the bad barrier and will send him around at Albury on Friday instead.
He aborted his Scone Cup plans for Echuca Cup winner Hanger, who has gone to the paddock after winning almost $90,000 in his first Australian preparation.

THE million dollar Kosciuszko is well and truly on the radar of News Girl's connections.
The Corowa mare added another Saturday city win to her resume when taking out the $100,000 Open Handicap (1100m) at Caulfield last weekend.
It was her fifth career victory at start number 17 and took her career earnings past the $300,000 mark.
The win also further stamped News Girl as a leading Kosciuszko player and Duryea admitted the million dollar race for NSW country sprinters is in their plans.
"Yeah we'd like to go there if it pans out that way," Duryea said.
"At that time of year there are a lot of races in Melbourne, they're not as much money but they're only three hours away.
"We'll weigh that up...but nothing is in concrete."
News Girl will have one more run this preparation, at either Flemington on Saturday week or Caulfield the week after, before going for a spell.
"Win, lose or draw, she'll go the paddock," Duryea said.
"She's done us proud."

LEADING trainer Trevor Sutherland holds a strong hand in this season's Wagga Stayers Series.
The 16th heat of the series was held at Murrumbidgee Turf Club last Sunday and it is the Sutherland-trained Azaryah (52 points) who maintains the lead.
She sits now just two points ahead of Jungle Book (50), who closed the gap by nine with his second placing behind Parliament.
Only six heats remain of the series and Azaryah may not hold the lead for too much longer given she went for a spell after the Wagga Gold Cup.
The Mitch Beer-trained River Of Gold (33) moved into third place on Sunday.
The winner of the series gets $5000 for connections, and another $5000 to the trainer.
The last two heats of the series, on July 16 and August 11, offer double and triple points.

WAGGA trainer Gary Colvin has lost promising two-year-old Eastern Wind.
The Fighting Sun gelding had to be euthanised after an injury to his sesamoid bone.
He ran fifth in the Victory Vein Stakes at Randwick and 10th in the group three Maribyrnong Plate at Flemington in his first preparation.
The Colvin stable hope they have unearthed another top two-year-old in Another One, who was an unlucky second on debut behind Lion's Roar on Town Plate day.
Colvin is weighing up a couple of different options with the Super One gelding.
"We could go to the Jack Maher Classic at Wodonga," Colvin said.
"We might look to get some BOBS with him. There is a two-year-old maiden at Canterbury that's another option."
The $25,200 Jack Maher Classic is at Wodonga on Saturday week, May 23. The 1250 maiden at Canterbury is on the following Wednesday, May 27.
Mitch Beer is also considering a trip to town, next Wednesday, with two-year-old Branders Rule after his trial win at Wagga on Sunday.
Branders Rule is a half brother to Sky Call.

ALBURY apprentice jockey Danielle Scott has outridden her four kilogram claim.
Scott made a comeback to race riding in March and has already enjoyed five winners during that time.
Her fifth win came aboard the Trevor Sutherland-trained Let's Get Animal at Wagga last Sunday.
"I didn't really expect to out-ride my four kilogram claim as quickly as I did, so it was a nice surprise," Scott told The Border Mail.
"The support from everyone, especially the trainers has been overwhelming to say the least."

THE decision to move Leeton's Cup meeting to last Thursday and give it Sky Two status was met with overwhelming positivity from trainers.
Wagga trainers Gary Colvin and Trevor Sutherland were among those to praise the decision.
"It was a great initiative to get that done," Sutherland said.
"Every little bit helps with all the meetings we've lost."
Colvin won the Cup with Bravado Lass.
