It's the second consecutive year the 19-year-old Greater Western Sydney midfielder has featured in the 40-person squad, allowing her to now be in contention for the final 21 player team.
Parker is one of only two Giants named in the squad, alongside fellow midfielder Elle Bennetts.
It comes off the back of Parker's selection in the AFLW Team of the Year last month, after what was a sensational season with the Giants in her second year at the club.
All 14 clubs in the AFLW competition were represented on the list, with Collingwood leading the way with five players named.
The final team is set to be announced at the W awards, however a date has not yet been set due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Parker finished her last game of the season with 23 possessions against Melbourne in the semi-final.
She also played a starring role in the Giants' big win over the winless Richmond Tigers in the first AFLW match to be played in Wagga early last month.
It was the last competitive football match to be played in the city before the coronavirus pandemic put a halt to all community sport.
She told The Daily Advertiser a heart-to-heart with former NSW/ACT under-18s coach and current Giants teammate Alicia Eva convinced her to choose AFLW over swimming.
