Officers from the Riverina Police District are searching for those responsible for the theft of two late model Camaro vehicles which were taken from a central Wagga location Sunday night.

One of the vehicles was located in tact, while the other was found burnt out.

Wagga Police Acting Inspector Streve Probst said the person, or persons, responsible are yet to be located.

"The first car was discovered burnt out, while the second was found still in tact and abandoned in an Ashmont street," he said.
