The extension will apply to all accounts issued from March 25 until at least June 30, with the measure a separate one to the company's existing hardship policy.
Riverina Water general manager Andrew Crakanthorp said the company would continue to look at financial support measures for residential and commercial customers.
"Anyone experiencing hardship due to COVID-19 or other circumstances should contact us on 6922 0608 to discuss how we can help you further," Mr Crakanthorp said.
"Under our existing water billing hardship policy, customers can make an application and we will be assessing these as a priority."
