The Temora Dragons junior and Storm premiership player returned to Melbourne as a development coach last year after finishing his career in the English Super League with Huddersfield.
He will be joined at the seminar by Canterbury development manager David Hamilton, and the duo will deliver presentations on various aspects including culture and developing young players.
"I just to give a bit of an insight into how we do things at the Storm and show them some basic fundamentals, and how we train and execute in games," Hinchcliffe said.
"I've been lucky enough to be coached by a pretty good coach and then I went over to England and played in a system that wasn't as well run as the Storm, so I've been lucky to see both sides of the ledger.
"That's given me a pretty good grasp. I've seen things work and not work, and that's reinforced to me what's important.
"I certainly don't know everything and am new to it, but I want to show how we do things at a pretty basic level. In that time I want them to have something they can take away and try and input into their own teams."
Hinchcliffe said he expects fellow Dragons junior and former Storm player Joe Stimson, who will begin a three-year deal with Canterbury this season, to blossom in Sydney.
The back-rower headed to the Bulldogs in search of more game time after finding himself stuck behind New Zealand international Kenny Bromwich at Melbourne.
"Stimmo was a bit unlucky, he had a few injuries during the pre season and through the year and he was playing well, but it was just unfortunate for him Kenny did such a good job and he couldn't get the game time he wanted," Hinchcliffe said.
"He's a good guy to have around a club, really popular and hard working, a real team first type player.
"He'll be missed at the Storm but I'm sure the Dogs will value what he brings, no doubt."
The coaching seminar on Sunday, March 8 will be held at Equex Centre from 9am to 12.30pm.
