Wagga Motors' Kate Looney said the dealership will be taking down all of the signs outside the shopfront after many decades.
"We are very excited as we look to the future. This is a great opportunity to refresh our Dobney Avenue frontage after 70 strong years of business in Wagga Wagga," she said.
Ms Looney said the dealership's sales remained very solid, meaning that they would not have to lay off staff even after the axing of the Holden brand.
"Wagga Motors has an extremely strong market position locally with eight additional franchises to ensure market diversity," she said.
"Wagga Motors has adapted over the years by offering more products to our customers, beyond what Holden brings to the market.
"This has meant that our 90+ workforce are diverse in their skillset and the loss of Holden will not impact their position and relevance to Wagga Motors.

The last Holden cars are expected to roll off the production line around June this year, and many dealerships around the country have already announced plans to close by the end of 2020.
Wagga's Holden fan clubs have expressed dismay at the closure, saying it marked the end of an era for Australia's auto history.
Ms Looney said the dealership had seen a "solid spike" in the number of Holden sales, with customers scrambling to buy up the outgoing brand.
"Over the years the Holden brand has notoriously maintained a market presence with the support of its stoic followers," she said.
"They haven't wasted time in stepping forward to capture one last Holden ownership experience. Our sales team have been overwhelmed by the brand support."
