Harden Rural Fire Service Inspector Tom McDevitt said they received the emergency call at 4.43am Friday.
"The initial call indicated the incident occurred 30km north of Gundagai when in actual fact it was closer to 50km so ended up being north of Jugiong," he said.
"We had two units respond to the accident and discovered a five tonne truck carrying two occupants, and band and sound equipment."
Ambulance crews attended the scene, treating the two people on site with no major injuries to report.
Inspector McDevitt said the truck had rolled in the northbound lane, and traffic was stopped with one lane closed for a short period of time.
