Bartley has been named as an ambassador for this year's campaign to raise funds and awareness about ovarian cancer.
However after drawing barrier six in the Whites Shoex Pace (2000m) the Coleambally trainer is far from confident.
"He hasn't drawn very good but he will be trying his best," Bartley said.
"There's no high hopes to get a win on the board straight away."
Tygerphinn has been a model of consistency without breaking through for a win.
He's only finished outside the top four in five starts following a win at Leeton in December.
"He's definitely been consistent and that one run he went ordinary was probably my fault as I should have tried harder to put him on the fence," Bartley said.
"He's definitely better driven on the fence but since he's joined the stable he has been very consistent."
The five-year-old has won twice and been placed five times in 12 starts for Bartley.
For each winner Bartley drives from February 1 to March 14 $400 will go towards harness racing's WomenCan Team Teal initiative.
An additional $100 will be donated for any winner she trains that is driven by a male driver.
Partner Blake Jones will drive Tygerphinn at Temora.
"It's actually pretty exciting as everyone does such a good job and so much money is raised you are pretty proud to be apart of it," Bartley said.
"To be recognised as a trainer as well as a driver is really nice."
Bartley was named as one of five ambassadors in the state alongside KerryAnn Morris, Ashley Hart, who both hail from the Riverina, Amanda Turnbull and Sarah Rushbrook.
All female drivers across Australia and New Zealand will wear teal pants over the campaign meaning any win from Miranda McLaughlin, Jessica Prior, Amanda Dean or Rebecca Brewer over the six-race card would trigger a donation.
Bartley has also started her own WomenCan page for extra support for the initiative.
