Dance the night away

Head over to the well-maintained classic-style hall just outside of Wagga's centre for a night of traditional folk music, dancing and fun.The monthly bush dance brings a piece of history back into the bustling Wagga community through it's corrugated iron walls and soaring wooden beams.
Classic country races
Tumbarumba Cup | Saturday, Feb 1 | Tumbarumba Turf Club
Frock up or polish your boots and head for the hills for the annual Tumbarumba Cup. The Snowy Valleys community was hit hard by the bushfires but the races are still on - and it's a great way to get up and support the town. There's a six-race card, fashions on the field and plenty of fun to be had. Gates open at 11.30am.
Get your engine revving
Riverina Rumble | Saturday and Sunday, February 1-2 | The Wild Vine and Palm and Pawn
Get into two days of action across two locations and check out the range of 'Oldskool Kool' vehicles on show. Family, friends and the general public are all invited to come along and even show their own cars with other on display coming from all over Australia. Entry is via gold coin donation for Can Assist Wagga.
Music with a mission
Tom Curtain - We're Still Here Tour | Sunday, February 2 | Hay Park
In light of devastation resulting from drought and bushfires, Tom Curtain is delivering a performance free of charge to highlight the resilience of people on the land. Watch the Katherine Outback Experience horse and dog demonstrations followed by live music with special guests.
