For the whole family
Break out the frocks and ties and head up to Tumut for the Boxing Day races. Gates open at 11am and the first race is shortly after 1pm. Entry is $20 a head, $15 for concession holders and free for children under 16 in the company of a responsible adult. Kiosk, bar facilities, full TAB and country and metropolitan bookmakers available. There are no ATM or EFTPOS facilities on course.

Head up to Blowering. There's plenty of places to put the boat in, set the campsite up and take in the spectacular valley and all it has to offer. Go for a ski, sail, fish, canoe, or just a swim - you've more options than you can poke a stick at.

Boxing Day at the Farmers opens up at 10am, with a 3am close.
Palm and Pawn
The North Wagga stalwart is hosting an epic Boxing Day Beats bash from 11am. The Test will be on, as well as all NBA games, and the beer garden will be packed with games, prizes, pool and new playground until 7pm. Acoustic duo Spaul Street gets the tunes going from 3pm until 6pm. The 18+ crowd takes over at 8pm with DJ Santini spinning the decks from the top of the castle.
The Union
Sam Heffernan will be bringing the tunes from 5pm.
The Vic
The main street mainstay is open from 10am, brags of having the city's coolest air-cons and has the Boxing Day Test live on the big screens. Bistro will be cooking up from noon right through to 9pm, and then it's party time - Rossi'll be on the decks in the front bar.
