The Australian Securities and Investments Commission shows that on November 22, the sole director of Complete Events Group, promoter of the Rise of the Demons World Tour, appointed administrators RSM Australia.
It comes after the Wagga show, which was slated for November 2 at Robertson Oval and set to feature Wagga rider Jackson Strong, was one of four cancelled shows across Australia.
Ticket holder Ryan Baker, who started the Facebook group Crusty Demons Refund 2019, said he had been raising concerns about the issue to Fair Trading NSW since the Sydney event.
Mr Baker said the company's last email in relation refund was sent to him on November 2.
"We've had no other communication other than that one email," he said.
"They said there'd be more information [in relation to refund] in 14 days, which became the day the company was appointed administrators."
Mr baker, who bought five tickets totalling about $350 and went to the August show in Sydney, said "there'd be others who are owed a lot more".
"I don't want that to happen to anyone else," he said.
Fellow ticket holder Lisa McArthur said the news made her "more cranky now that they're also trying to sell tickets to events in New Zealand and I haven't received my money back".
"I emailed them yesterday and all I got was them saying they'll get back to me," the southern NSW resident said.
"They should've had more respect for their clientele - they need to give us information."
All we're asking is to have our money back.

Ms McArthur bought family tickets totalling $526 and said the lack of communication is unprofessional.
"All we're asking is to have our money back before another show - that's only fair that's putting it nicely," she said.
As of today, Complete Events Group's website has a static webpage, stating that the company appointed Jonathon Colbran and Frank Lo Pilato of RSM Australia Partners as joint and several administrators of the company, which formerly traded as Anthems Live.
"The company has ceased trading prior to our appointment," it reads.
The administrators and company director, Matthew Phillip Mahoney, have been contacted for more information.
Crusty Demons have three upcoming events in New Zealand in April and May next year.
