Police, paramedics and firefighters were called out at 2pm to the scene of a truck rollover at Goldfields Way Temora.
A NSW Police spokesperson said paramedics tended to the driver who suffered minor injuries including small cuts to his hand.
The spokesperson added that both westbound and eastbound lanes were blocked in Goldfields Way as emergency services tended to the driver and cleared the scene.
The eastbound is now open with alternate stop/start traffic conditions in place. Drivers are asked to exercise caution in the area.
There are heavy traffic conditions so motorists should allow for delays in both directions. Inquiries into the incident are continuing.
