The Bureau of Meteorology predicts that temperatures are set to soar to 41 degrees in the city, which triggers Wagga City Council's policy made last summer.
Wagga councillors made the decision in January to waive the entry fee whenever the mercury is forecast to reach 41 degrees or higher.

Councillor Dan Hayes said he encouraged everyone to take advantage of the opportunity to not only gain free entry, but to also stay safe in extreme heat conditions.
