A man has been refused bail after being charged with allegedly possessing child abuse material in Harden on Wednesday evening.

Police were patrolling Lucan Street about 10.35pm on Wednesday, October 30 and pulled aside a 62-year-old man.
The officers seized two mobile phones that were in the man's possession as a result of further inquiries.
Police allege that child abuse material was located during an examination of the phones in the ensuing days.
At 11.30am on Thursday, the 62-year-old man was arrested at a home in Harden.
A computer and several electronic storage devices were also seized at the home.
The man was taken to Young Police Station and charged with allegedly possessing child abuse material.
He was bail refused and will appear at Wagga Local Court today.
