Todd Henderson led the way as the Bulldogs brought up their second win of the season at Wagga Cricket Ground.
He made 64 before being run out as RSL chased down Kooringal's total of 160 with just under three wickets to spare.
John Hoey was the most potent of their bowlers, taking 3-28 in his return to first grade, while Ben Willis, Rod Guy and Sam Perry all picked up two wickets each.
Daniel Perri top scored with 31 for Kooringal in his first match of the season with Tom Cox (22) and Keenan Hanigan (20) the only other batsmen to reach 20.
Wagga RSL overcome an early stumble, when openers Ethan Perry (19) and Alex Manley (5) were dismissed in quick succession to move into third place.
Captain Sam Perry was unbeaten on 23 to ensure the victory.
