Elwin beat out fullback Hamish Starr, who has impressed in his first season with the club.
Starr also took out the player's player award while fellow newcomer Joe Leggatt was named most consistent.
Josh Lee won both the best and fairest and player's player in reserve grade.
Emily Perrot backed up her third Weissel Medal win by taking out Temora's leaguetag best and fairest along with the player's player award.
Tyler Madden also took of the best and fairest and player's player double in Weissel Cup while Billy Reardon was named best and fairest for Sullivan Cup.
Luke McCabe was named rookie of the year with Weissel Cup runner-up Jack Caldwell named the club's most consistent player.
Elwin has announced he won't coach the Dragons again this season but a replacement is yet to be determined.
