The pair are the only Riverina talents among the 79 invitees who will be put to the test on Thursday and Friday.
Delahunty, who is part of the Greater Western Sydney Academy, didn't play a game for the Hoppers this season with NEAFL, national championships and other Giants commitments.
Sharman has impressed after moving to Melbourne and joining Oakleigh Chargers this season.
He played a big role in the 63-point NAB League grand final victory over Eastern Ranges last month.
Northern Jets product Jeromy Lucas was also part of the Chargers' big win.
