They only had seven players but it was enough to hold off a third-quarter charge from New Kids Aces.
In a game full of momentum shifts, Uranquinty came out firing.
Their lead nudged double figures in the second quarter before New Kids changed things up.
The positional changes worked as they closed the gap to two goals in the third quarter, however the premiers were able to recover to take a 45-38 victory.
Olivia Tilyard was pleased the side kept their heads up against their experienced rivals to go back-to-back.
"We came out really strong and in the third quarter they made a couple of changes and we had to adjust," Tilyard said.
"It got pretty close in that third quarter but we came back out strong and started playing our game again in the last quarter.
"They made a good comeback, we got a bit flustered and started doing silly things and throwing away a lot of ball but once we settled again and started playing our game it was fine."
Georgia Tilyard was named best in the grand final with her strong work at wing defence while the Reinhold sisters Meg and Abbey also put in strong performances.
