The Aces were unable to defend their 2017 premiership but were the first team through to the decider this year, the third straight season the two clubs will meet in the grand final.
Collingullie-Glenfield Park goal attack Flynn Hogg will play for New Kids before she looks to help the Demons to a Riverina League grand final win over Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes this Saturday.
"What we've got this year that perhaps we were lacking last year is options," Hocker said.
"We have a lot of defenders who are also shooters, I think we have five shooters whereas last year we had two.
"It could be a battle of the coaches as to where we put players and how we switch them around."
It will be a family affair for Uranquinty with three sets of sisters - Ella and Hannah Finemore, Abbey and Meg Reinhold and Liv and Georgia Tilyard - in the side.
"All us girls have played together for ages, we all get along off the court and I reckon we play better because of that," Liv Tilyard said.
"This (match-up with New Kids) is definitely our biggest rivalry.
"Their biggest strength is their defence, I think that's what won them the game to get into the grand final."
The match starts at 6.45pm.
