Playing in his first grade final, Masters scored a try and laid the platform for each of Lachlan's Bristow treble in the 28-4 victory over Southcity.
Masters was a ball boy during the Blues' golden age, where they won four premierships in eight seasons, and was blown away by just what meant to help bring the cup back home.
"It was awesome," Masters said.
"That's the best feeling in my life and the best thing that's ever happened to me."
The 22-year-old won the Weissel Medal last season but the individual honour paled into comparison of what he and his teammates were able to achieve on Sunday.
"I grew up here, watched all the awesome sides of previous years," Masters said.
"My brother was in a side where they won all their grand final going through their grades and I remember a little fella leading them out on the sheds on grand final day.
"When I finally got to first grade and we were struggling.
"The club was in a tough spot, I went through a couple of years here, went away and to come back and win it is the best feeling in the world."
