In March 2019, Wagga's main drag was transformed into a rainbow highway as thousands of people celebrated the city's inaugural Mardi Gras.
Onlookers swarmed on Baylis Street, jostling for prime viewing positions at the same time a staggering 36 groups prepared for a momentous march.
The vibrant atmosphere was also one of emotion, as hundreds in the parade made their way north with thousands of supporters cheering them on from the footpaths.
Organiser Holly Conroy said this year there will be a few changes to make the party bigger and better.
"Floats this year won't require music," she said.
"I am working with Sound Fits and we are going strategically place some speakers along the route.
"Behind the stage, there will be jumping castles and a face painter to make it an alcohol-free zone where young families can go.
"There will be a section of Baylis Street in front of the council across the bridge that will be closed for the night."
Ms Conroy said there would be a firm ban on pets during the parade and after-party, with the exception of assistance dogs.
To be a part of that moment all over again, organisations, groups and businesses are encouraged to register a float, click here for more details.
Mardi Gras is set for March 14, 2020 and organisers are hoping to beat the number of float entries.
